Write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Data and accounts
To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data, email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in. We process it within 30 days. Projects you keep in your browser are not on our servers, so you can delete them yourself from the browser's storage.
Security reports
If you find a security issue, write to [email protected] with the subject "Security" and the steps to reproduce it. We reply within 3 business days and will not take legal action against researchers who report in good faith, do not access other people's data and give us time to fix it. The same information is at /.well-known/security.txt.
Who runs this
App Frame (appframe.me) is run by its developer. The legal entity and a postal address will be listed here before paid plans open.
