Accepting these terms

By using App Frame (appframe.me) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

App Frame is a browser-based tool for making App Store and Google Play screenshots. The service is at an early stage: features may change, be added or be discontinued, and some features are not yet open to everyone. There is currently no charge; if paid plans are introduced, prices and terms are announced beforehand and do not apply retroactively.

Age

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher, to use this service.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the security of your email, because sign-in links are sent there. Provide accurate information.

Your content and rights

Your screenshots, text and exported results are yours. You state that you have the right to use the material you bring in (including images, brands and app interfaces), and you are responsible if using it infringes others' rights or app store rules. Built-in templates, illustrations and elements may be used in your own work, but may not be resold or redistributed as a collection of their own.

What you must not do

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful or misleading to others;
• disrupt or overload the service, or try to break its security;
• access features or data that are not meant for you, or misuse another person's account;
• copy the service or its code to build an imitation service.

Availability and data

Because projects are stored in your device's browser, clearing browser data, switching devices or hardware failure can remove them. Keep project files and exports that matter to you. We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, App Frame is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or profit, or an app being rejected by a store as a result of using the service.

Ending use

You can stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may limit or close access if these terms are broken or the service is discontinued.

Governing law and contact
